Squad shout out for Kevan

Kevan Boyle has been presented with a long service medal for his contribution to Coleambally Rescue Squad.

Kevan has been a very valuable member of the Coleambally squad for many years and has held the roles of treasurer, assistant secretary and call-out officer.

The love and dedication that Kevan has given to the Coleambally squad has not gone unnoticed.

The presentation was made by squad president Sam Harris.

Congratulations Kevan on this very much deserved medal from your entire community.

The Coleambally Pool is back fully open with a few bird residents protecting the locals from our slithery friends.

Coleambally Uniting Church Christmas Box Party is this Saturday with children’s games, Christmas carols, supper and a cuppa. Everyone is invited to a lovely community event from 6.30pm.

A reminder that the Lions Club Gala Night is coming up on Saturday, December 9 with plenty of hams to win, a visit from Santa, Lions train rides around town, children’s games, a big jumping castle, barbecue and bar.
